At Archway Chiropractic, we aim to heal the whole person rather than just the spine.

Bio-individuality is the concept that each of us have our own specific needs, “one person’s food is someone else’s poison”.

Given half a chance, the body will heal itself. The body is designed to heal and protect you from harm. The heart never misses a beat, the lungs never forget to breathe, and as soon as you get a cut, it starts to scab. You’re programmed to be healthy when given the right building blocks, such as clean water, adequate sleep, and organic, whole foods.

Health Coaches utilize the principles of bio-individuality and primary food to facilitate the healing process for clients. Once a Health Coach is present with his client and asks the right in-depth questions, he holds space for the client to discover foundational imbalances and begin the healing process.

Food affects your whole being – from your blood to your DNA, you are what you eat. Food enters the bloodstream, and blood is what creates your cells, tissues, and organs. Food has the power to regenerate the new you.

This concept includes the idea that the same basic food and lifestyle changes can help everyone. The world of diets and dietary theories is really complicated and can be overwhelming. Although it’s important for people to understand themselves and what works best for them individually, there are basic health recommendations that will benefit every person. Going back to the basics, as I call it, includes eating more fruits and vegetables, drinking more water, reducing stress, moving your body and sleeping regularly.

We are able to offer nutritional consultations for those patients struggling with the dietary requirements to achieve optimum health.

Dr. Deborah will offer these consultations appointments as part of “The Wellness Way Approach”. She will provide you with the necessary individualized steps to succeed such as foods to add/avoid, shopping tips, meal planning, food hacks and how to eat for optimal health when struggling with a diagnosis.
