As a child, I was always fascinated with the human body and sciences in general. After wanting to be a veterinary, but too sensitive to animal pain, wanting to be a medical doctor, but shortly realised in my second year of med school it wasn’t for me feeling uncomfortable in hospital.
I discovered chiropractic and fell in love with this care system in harmony with my core values, helping people getting better, improving their health and trusting their bodies’ ability to heal. After six years of hard work but a fun time too, I graduated from the Franco-European Institute of chiropractic Toulouse in 2014 and started working in a busy practice in Dublin.
I have a holistic approach to health care and love reconnecting people with their bodies, trusting their own abilities for healing so they can live happier and healthier lives. My purpose is to positively connect to as many people as possible, to serve them with chiropractic, helping them reach their full health potential, giving them the ability to become more aware of themselves, to achieve abundant wellness, love, energy, and richness.
I love dancing, practising martial arts and yoga, music, spending time with family and friends, travelling, cooking and talking anything about health and lifestyle.
I hold a Masters Degree in Chiropractic from the University of Johannesburg (SA) and completed my dissertation and studies in 2010. I opened my practice in Johannesburg, South Africa in 2010 and relocated to Dublin, Ireland in February 2023. I am continuously kept updated with medical advancements and have a keen interest in chiropractic research around neuromusculoskeletal health.
I use spinal manipulation techniques (Diversified), extremity/joint mobilisation and advanced soft tissue therapy incorporating Dry Needling and electro modalities.
I practice using the biopsychosocial model, taking a concise history of the patients symptoms in order to address ailments and treat extensively based on a neurological and biomechanical background.
I have a passion for neurology, rheumatology and radiology and incorporate this into my treatments along with blood workups when indicated. I am exceptionally strong in diagnosing, treating and managing patient care with the highest of ethical and healing considerations for my patients.
I am a marathon and ultra marathon runner and I enjoy reading books and articles that are thought provoking and life changing. I look forward to progressing in my career and reinventing myself in all aspects.
I am available to address and treat your needs pertaining to joint, spinal and overall wellness and I look forward to doing it in a heartfelt and passionate manner.
